Example of a BIM model for fire prevention project.
A key aspect of BIM coordination meetings is the need to clarify details proposed by the specialists in each of their projects. In this example, we review the level of detail encompassed in our models for a better understanding of the proposed designs.
Example of a BIM sanitary model
It was necessary to visualize the conditions of drinking water meters by apartment to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed space for the installation. The model allowed us to establish the design and location of the markers correctly through BIM coordination.

Featured projects
MANQUEHUE NORTE BUILDING
Office project totaling 23, 213m², which was approached with critical modeling under BIM methodology for the following specialities: structure, excavation, topography, waste, hVAC, security, fire, electricity, and elevators, from the initial pre-project stage until apt for construction.
BIM coordination was executed for all specialities in a common data range, allowing all parties to access the work files in real time. The generation of coordination and progress reports for the client was also carried out.
Chamisero Water Treatment Plant
This project was a drinking water treatment plant totaling 18,000 m². This was a project that required the validation of the data and consistency of the previously executed models prior to the construction phase.
The audit of the BIM models in this project allowed us to verify the coherence of the model with its level of development in accordance with the established definitions in the BIM execution plan.
SAN EUGENIO BUILDING
Residential high-rise project totalling 23,008 m². Validation of the speciality deliverables was carried out using critical modeling under BIM methodology for the following specialities: structure, (socalzado), weak currents, topography, waste, HVAC, security, fire, electricity, and elevators, from the initial pre-project stage until apt for construction.
BIM coordination was executed for all specialities in a common data range, allowing all parties to access the work files in real time. The generation of coordination and progress reports for the client was a key factor in this process.
