Training on BIM structural models
We trained personnel from different areas, such as draftsmen, engineers, and programmers in BIM structural modeling. The training included the definition of criteria and strategies for using modeling tools. This was an introductory course of 24 hours, covering all basic principles for generating structural models for reinforced concrete.
Consultants for large-scale BIM projects
The need to improve workflows based on the BIM methodology, such as the kickoff for the implementation, was one of the major requirements for this consultation. We developed a basic guide and provided consultation on the approach needed for large-scale projects, defining criteria and modeling strategies as well as the correct naming of files during the development process.

4D simulation of the constructibility and execution plan for the different project phases. In this project we used Syncro Pro software, which allowed us to create a truer simulation in accordance with the client’s needs, identifying progress with real programming
Training in Sanitary Modeling in BIM:
Sanitary specialists were trained in modeling of BIM sanitary installations. The training included the definition of criteria and strategies for the modeling tools, system creation, editing, and configuration of families. This was an introductory course of 24 hours that covered all based principles of generating models of drinking water, sewage, and rainwater facilities.

Review of speciality deliverables, including critical modeling using BIM methodology of the following specialities: structure, excavación, topography, waste, HVAC installations, security, electrical, elevators, lighting, and fire protection from the pre-project phase until apt for construction.
Coordination of specialties, generating a range of shared data with B360 design, allowing the specialists, the client, and the architects of the project to access all of the project files, including shared files, published files, and archived files in real time.
National standards from the BIM Plan as well as the ISO norm 19650 were applied.
Generation of coordination and progress reports to report to the client on the status of the project.
